-Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests.-No Parties or Events -No Smoking Indoors -Be a good neighbor! We ask that you respect our neighbors privacy

Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 1 day prior to your arrival and will be released within 5 days after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of $100. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will refund the nightly rate that the new guests paid minus any additional booking platform fees . No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible.We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation
